1. Order Cancellation & Modification

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
The unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
3. Conditions for Damage Claims
To qualify for a replacement or resolution:

The product must remain unused.

The original packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved.

The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must not have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
4. Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted.
5. Returns for Non-Damaged Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused.

It must be in its original condition.

All original packaging, labels, and accessories should be included.

The product should not have any scratches, dents, stains, or signs of use.
Once the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection, your return will be approved.
6. Refund Policy
For eligible approved returns of non-damaged products, PCOKA currently issues Store Credit only.
Store Credit:

Will be issued for the value of the approved returned product.

Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Can be used on any future purchase made through the PCOKA website.

Is non-transferable.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer.
Refunds to the original payment method will only be processed if required under applicable consumer laws or at the sole discretion of PCOKA.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only in the following situations:

Once our support team reviews your request, we will arrange a replacement wherever applicable.
8. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
For approved return or exchange requests:

Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available.

Customers are not required to pay any return shipping charges for approved claims.

No handling or processing fees will be charged for eligible returns or exchanges.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, our customer support team will provide further instructions.
9. Orders Purchased from Third-Party Marketplaces
If you purchased a PCOKA product through platforms such as:

Flipkart
-
Myntra
-
Blinkit
-
Instamart

Any other online marketplace
your return, replacement, cancellation, and refund request will be governed by the policies of the respective platform.
Please contact the customer support of the platform from which you made your purchase.
10. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
